A deliciously moist homemade sponge which packs a punch of gingery flavour and a kick of marmalade zest. Topped and filled with buttercream.
Ingredients:
Butter (milk, salt), dark brown sugar, eggs, self raising flour (wheat flour, sodium hydrogen carbonate, anti caking agent E341), milk, ground ginger, orange marmalade (sugar, Seville oranges, lemons, redcurrants, sunflower oil), orange zest, stem ginger (stem ginger, sugar, water).
